Annual General Meeting is on at Club Coffs Wednesday 10/12/2014 7.30pm.
Please support your club by attending and voting for your representatives or stick your hand up to fill a position for 2015. Don’t be scared to have a go all you need is a bit of enthusiasm the rest will work itself out.

On behalf of Neal Bates Motorsport & Toyota Australia we wanted to thank the CHDSCC for their help with our Toyota Rally activity in Coffs Harbour last week.
Our special visitors were very happy with the two days spent at Wedding Bells and have headed home with fond memories of their visit to Coffs Harbour.
The event did explode from the initial small quiet affair to a rather large production in the end and we would like to thank you very much for the huge effort put in to accommodate the many requests (on a daily basis) during the lead up to the event.
Could you please pass on our thanks to all your officials who participated and helped to make the event the success that it was, their efforts are very much appreciated.
Hopefully, at the end of the day, everyone enjoyed themselves and I’m sure the helicopter viewing was just as exciting as the rally action!

G’day Members & Guests, Just a reminder we still have a bit on this year with the AGM on the 19th of November and our end of year Khanacross on the 22nd. The AGM is your opportunity to vote on the future of your club and your attendance is appreciated and recommended… If you are not there you might just end up getting voted into a role you weren’t expecting… (It’s happened before!) Entry forms and supplementary regulations will be posted soon for the Snap On Tools Khanacross Rnd 4 with our end of year prizegiving and BBQ to be held after competition on the day so pack the tent/swag/caravan and come along and have a good time.
