Hi all, just a quick reminder that our monthly general meeting is on tomorrow, Tuesday 18th July. We’ve got plenty to discuss from the lap dash, to our remaining khanacrosses, and our November Festival of Motorsport events. See you at the Coffs Hotel at 7:30pm!
Lap Dash update – Coffs Print Lap Dash
An update for our Lap Dash – a change of name to Coffs Print Lap Dash!
Coffs Print have helped out the club with stickers for our club junior car, which will be applied soon – keep an eye out for photos when that happens. If you have any printing needs – business cards, posters, banners, graphic design – be sure to check out Coffs Print!
Entries are open and forms are available on our event page here – we’ve had a few roll through already with 8 people having indicated they’re coming. Entries do close on Friday 28th, but please get them in as early as possible. This makes for far less work for our organisers and helps with catering on the day.
We’re also still looking for a few more officials – specifically pit/start and flag marshalls. You’ll be able to see a lot of the action in these roles – if that interests you, please message us.

Entries open for Lap Dash!
Entries are now open for our Coffs Coast Lap Dash!
Entry forms and supp regs can be downloaded from our website here: https://www.coffscarclub.com.au/event/lap_dash/
We’re also still looking for a few more officials to help out with flag marshalling and general duties through the day – if you’re interested, please send us a message!

Monthly General Meeting Next Week
Just a quick reminder that our monthly meeting is on next week – Tuesday 18th July. It’ll be at the Coffs Hotel at 7:30pm, as usual. See you all there!
We will also have doc out for our Lap Dash on the 30th July available very shortly – keep an eye on our social media and our events calendar. If you’d like to help out, please contact us as these events take a lot more volunteers, and many hands make light work!

Coffs Mechanical Repairs Khanacross Rnd 4 Results
The Coffs Mechanical Repairs Khanacross Round 4 has been run and won – and what a fantastic day it was!
At 20 entries, this is the most we’ve had since covid – so thank you everyone who turned up to have a run, and especially to those who helped out on the day. Perfect weather, great courses and most importantly, a lot of fun!
We hope to see you at our next event – a tarmac event at Raleigh Raceway on the 30th July. We’ll have more details shortly.
Note: Contrary to the spreadsheet, Class D was won by Nick Wheeler due to change of car by the other competitors.

Update on tonight’s club meeting
A quick heads up regarding tonight’s meeting – the Coffs Hotel have informed us they’ve booked the wine bar for a function, so we’re in the large back room tonight. See you there!
Meeting tomorrow – Coffs Mechanical Repairs Khanacross this weekend
Just a quick reminder that our monthly meeting is on 7:30pm tomorrow, 20th June at the Coffs Hotel. See you there!
Don’t forget our Coffs Mechanical Repairs Khanacross Round 4 is also on this Sunday 25th June – still time to get your entries in! Forms are available on our website.
A little housekeeping – we’ve been told that the burnouts are on the same day as the khanacross, so please note that Raleigh are charging entry for spectators. The property owner has asked that anyone attending the khanacross please don’t spectate the burnouts without paying the gate fee.
Otherwise – it’s shaping up to be a fantastic weekend, forecast is saying clear weather all weekend. Don’t miss it!
