With the news of the tragic passing of Chris Piggott (the owner of Raleigh Raceway), our thoughts are with Helen (business partner of 26 years), The Piggott family, The Team at Raleigh international raceway, members of Raleigh Motorsports Association Inc and all of the car community affected by the passing.
I hope you can join the rest of the community on the various Facebook pages and share your memories and celebrate the joyful moments around Chris and his incredible achievements.
The Khanacross planned for this Sunday (1st March) is still going ahead.
I hope those of you who knew Chris would agree that respectfully continuing to run the event would be his most likely wish.
