CAMS TRAINING-Bronze Steward

There is an upcoming CAMS Bronze Stewards Training Module being held in Tamworth on the 28th of October

The day commences at 9am and will most likely run all day.

Christmas Party

Just a reminder that the Christmas party is coming up on the 9th of December.

The party will begin with an Observation run (shorter than last years, dont worry) – more details to come

It will be held downstairs at the Yacht club down at the Jetty.

Hopefully the weather is nice to us, giving us a great day for a yarn, a drink, a bite to eat and see how our members went in this years events.

AGM

Reminder that our AGM is coming up in November.

NOTE we have changed the date due to the WRC.

It will now be held on the 27th of November.

7:30pm, upstairs at The Coast Hotel

All position will be available

We have some big decisions to be made about the clubs future, so make sure you are there to have a say in it.

LAP DASH CANCELLED

Due to the weather forecast, we have chosen to cancel the Lap Dash on Sunday (14/10/2018).

We are sorry for those who were looking forward to the day and to those who put a lot of work in to have their car ready for the day, but we think it will just be too wet.

To those who have already paid for entry, the Clerk of Course will be in contact with you to discuss refund.

Annual General Meeting

Hey again everyone 🙂

Another year has flown by, so I’m just here to let you all know our AGM this year will be held on:

Tuesday the 27th of November

7:30pm, upstairs at the Coast Hotel.

The night will commence with the AGM, and then after meeting closed we will proceed with the first General Meeting of the ’18-’19 year.

All positions will be available.

BIG decisions to be made, so if you want a say, be sure to be there!

NOTE: The meeting has been pushed back a week due to the usual date being too soon after the WRC.
