Sadly I’m writing this one to let you all know that we’ve had to postpone the Coffs Coast Khanacross Round 1, due to the wet weather. I’ve just been to check the grounds and we’d probably have more luck racing boats than cars there this weekend!

The good news is we have some provisional dates to work with, which will be discussed at our monthly meeting next Tuesday. As usual, this will be upstairs at the Coast Hotel at 7:30pm. We have not only the khanacross to discuss, but the motorkhana next month and possibly further events such as the April Lap Dash to sort, and we will need helpers for this! See you all at the Coast on Tuesday!

I’m sure you’ve all noticed that it’s been a bit wet this week – and are wondering what is happening with this weekend’s khanacross. We are watching the weather forecast closely and will have a final decision out by Friday at the latest – keep an eye out on our website and Facebook page for an announcement.

Hi all! I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas and New Year’s break.

We want to remind all of you that our AGM is on next Tuesday, the 14th of January – the usual spot, upstairs at the Coast Hotel at 7:30pm.

We really need your attendance, as the previous attempt at the AGM we did not have a quorum, plus we have a few roles to fill if the club is going to continue in 2020. Even if you can’t commit to a role this year – please come along as we still require a quorum for the meeting to go ahead!

A quick email to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Hoping you all get some time off to spend with family and if you’re travelling, please drive safely of course.

We also would like to remind you all that as the AGM wasn’t able to go ahead, we are looking at holding it on the 14th January 2020. We are currently in the process of confirming availability with the venue and will have an email out confirming hopefully later this week.
Please do come along as the future of the club depends on people such as yourself coming along and helping out!

In the meantime – hope you have a great holiday break and see you all in the new year!

Hi everyone – we have our presentation and Christmas party this Sunday 8th December. This will be at the Yacht Club from 11am (upstairs at the verandah area).

Unfortunately due to commitments we weren’t able to run a observation run this year, however we will have canapes available at the club.
