Entry is still $30 for adults and $15 for juniors (under 18). \n\n\n\nThe club car is available for juniors and their will be cold drinks and a BBQ for lunch. \n \n\n\n\nYou don’t need to have entered in previous rounds or following rounds. Also\, there is no series registration\, so this event really is for everyone. Our paddock is road car friendly too\, so its a great opportunity to enter in your first event! If your not sure what to do or how to enter\, ask! We will be more than happy to show you what’s involved. \n \n\n\n\nSupplementary Regulations. Start by reading these! This is the rules for the event\, based on the standard Khanacross regulations available at Motorsport Australia here. \n \n\n\n\nEntry Form. Fill out one of these and email it back. This will have all you and your cars details on it. \n \n\n\n\nVehicle compliance statement. Fill this out and email it back. Its simply a statement that you car complies with the rules. \n \n\n\n\nSelf Scrutiny Checklist. Complete this checklist and bring it along on the day or let us know so we can bring a copy for you. DESCRIPTION:  \n \nEntries are now open for both the Coffs Coast Festival of Motor Sport Hillclimb Round 2!\n\nThe supp regs and a PDF entry form are available on our website (the link is under ‘Tickets’ above). Online entry via the Motorsport Australia portal will be available shortly – we have run into some technical issues and MA are working with us to sort them ASAP. If you have any issues with the PDF form\, please don’t hesitate to contact the Clerk of Course via the contact details in the Supplementary Regulations.\n\nWe’re running the same format as last year\, that is 1.75 laps of Raleigh Raceway. This gives plenty of drive distance – almost 1.7km per run\, and allows for a fast running format that will hopefully let us fit a lot of runs in. DESCRIPTION:NEW DATE – 29th October \n\n\nWe unfortunately had to postpone our Coffs Mechanical Repairs Khanacross Round 6 due to lack of entries. It is now to be held on the date of Round 7 – October 29th. This means that this will be the last khanacross for this year\, so be sure not to miss it! \nAs we have had very low entries to the last two events\, we are now requiring that we receive notice (or even better\, your filled out entry forms) by 5pm the Friday before the event (27th October). If we do not receive enough entries/confirmations by this time\, the event will be cancelled. It’s unfortunate that this has had to happen\, however with a lack of support we have little choice. \nWe hope to see a lot of you out there for this one – one last chance to go have some low-cost fun before the Coffs Coast Festival of Motorsport and the summer break! \n\nThe junior car will be available as usual – please let us know in advance if you’d like to drive it. DESCRIPTION:We had plenty of people asking for it – so we’re delivering a return to tarmac events this month with the Coffs Print Lap Dash! \nFor those not familiar with the lap dash format\, that’s 3 laps each run with the middle lap timed – which means plenty of seat time for your money. This event is is also using a similar layout to the one used for the Festival of Motorsport Hillclimb – so if you want practice for the series\, here’s your shot! \nEntry is $180\, $120 for juniors\, and are open now – email your entries to the address in the supp regs. Entries close on the Friday before the event\, 28th July. \nWe’re also looking for officials to help with flag marshalling and other general help through the day. If a day out watching race cars with a free lunch sounds like a good time to you\, contact the event secretary (Natalie Johnson) using the contact details in the supp regs. \nWe’ll be running a BBQ lunch & drinks will be available throughout the day. \nThe entry form\, self scrutiny forms and supplementary regulations can be downloaded via the below links.
