AGM & 2021 Membership News

Hi everyone! 2022 is already moving fast and those of us in CHDSCC have plans for a fantastic 2022 – fingers crossed this year is kinder to us all!

Firstly, the AGM. We are looking to have a quick 30 minute General Meeting at the start, followed by the AGM as per usual. We will be supplying nibblies – food platters – during the meeting so please let us know if you’re coming along!

The date & venue are:
Tuesday 1st February
Start time : 6:30pm General Meeting, 7pm AGM
Venue: Coffs Hotel

2022 Memberships

As we only ran one event in 2021, the decision has been made to extend all 2021 financial memberships through to 31 Dec 2022. We will roll this over automatically so there is no need for any action if you were financial in 2021.

If you are not a financial member and wish to attend the AGM, please download the below form, fill it out and forward to Mick, and transfer your membership fees to the account details on the form before the AGM. This will allow us to reduce waiting time at the AGM considerably.

For 2022, we are implementing a similar model to the above for events. We will be requiring that you have your membership, CAMS licence, entry form and entry fee all submitted by midnight the Friday before events. Online entry will be available via the CAMS website. Again, this is to reduce the workload on officials and waiting time at the start of events.

Events & Calendar

For 2022, we are focusing on the grassroots while the club gains traction. We are currently organising a khanacross at the Coffs Showground for the 13th Feb – details will be available shortly. We also have a new venue north of Coffs that is being organised & prepared – more details will follow soon. Our calender has also been finished – please see the below download link. Please note that it may be subject to change and events may be moved or even added as the year progresses.

Overall, 2022 is looking promising for the club and we’re hoping for a return to regular motorsport. See you all at the AGM!
